Postage & Returns
I will always try to get your artwork to you as soon as possible. Due to the expense of the giclée printing process, every order is printed on demand. For orders placed before 3pm during a normal working week I aim to have your print processed and despatched within 24 hours. However, please allow up to five working days for your order to be delivered.
ALL delivery is FREE of charge.
Return & Exchange Policy
All prints are made on demand, therefore returns are not possible unless an item is faulty. Please get in touch if this is the case.
It may be possible for you to change your mind about your purchase as long as your item has not been printed. However, as all orders are bespoke and usually printed fairly promptly. Therefore, if your item has already been printed it cannot be changed, or refunded. Please email me at email@example.com as soon as possible, if you need to change anything.

As I print on demand, please allow up to five working days for your order to be delivered.

Delivery is included in the price of your purchase. For next day delivery or Saturday delivery please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org
I aim to despatch your order within 2 working days, but I don’t despatch at weekends or on Public Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 3pm are despatched on the next working day.
For peace of mind, all orders are despatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48® postage. Please note that a signature will be required on delivery so please ensure your order is to an address where someone can sign for delivery.

- SMS or email notifications to any recipients stated at time of ordering
- Aims to deliver in two to three working days

I am very sorry to hear your order hasn’t yet arrived. For various reasons Royal Mail deliveries can get delayed, so please check with your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if delivery was already attempted and is now waiting for collection. Sometimes they forget to leave a card. If no success there, then please get in touch with me at email@example.com
Unfortunately, at this time I do not offer delivery outside of the UK. However, I am looking into changing this in the future.
